Nick Grainger (lower right)
Nick started Grainger Goaltending in 2006 and has been instructing goalies to the highest levels of hockey for the past decade. Back in the day, Nick played with the OCAA Humber Hawks, winning the Provincial Championship, team MVP. He went on to play four years provincial Jr A with the Bowmanville Eagles.
Chris Hyk (lower left)
Chris has his Master in Education and is a Physical Education teacher by day. In 2005, when he was a Jr. A goalie (#35), Chris won the CJAHL & Hockey Canada Jr. A National Championship (Royal Bank Cup) with his team the Georgetown Raiders. He has been an instructor with Grainger Goaltending since 2006.
Pat Dipronio (upper right)
Pat played at all levels of hockey from Major Jr. University to Senior A and Pro levels. He started as a goalie instructor in 1998 and worked as practice goalie with the AHL Hamilton Bulldogs for 8 seasons. He trained his prized student, Cameron Talbot of the Edmonton Oilers, novice to date. Pat joined the GGD team in 2014.
Emily Horn (upper left)
Emily played for the Brampton Jr. Thunder in 2010-11 and was named Girls Varsity Hockey MVP in 2010 and Athlete of the year in 2007. She played 4 years with Clarkson Golden Kinights when she was forced to retire from play in 2015. Emily now teaches what she learned from years of training with GGD.
